Working Principle:

The electronic system converts 220V/50Hz AC power to 35kHz, which is then converted into mechanical vibrations through a transducer. A diamond is pressed against the ultrasonic horn, which then generates mechanical vibrations. The mechanical vibrations melt the hot melt adhesive on the diamond, allowing it to adhere to the fabric or leather.
