Machine maintenance:
1. Prior to commencing work, ensure the machine is free of debris and thoroughly cleaned. Regularly apply lubricating grease to all moving parts, including guide rails, guide columns, and bearings.
2. The worktable is a critical component that significantly impacts printing quality. Prevent any hard objects from causing damage and avoid ink spillage. Take care to keep organic solvents like Tianna water away from the workbench.
3. Protect the electronic control panel and buttons from exposure to solvents such as Tian Na Shui and Kai Oil Water, as contact may cause irreparable damage.
4. The machine's paint coating is essential for preventing rust and solvent damage. Ensure it remains intact to avoid any direct or indirect contact with solvents like water or oil.
5. Regularly discharge sewage and dirt from the oil mist combination device to maintain optimal performance. Clean the cup body consistently and add Peng 2 lubricating oil to the oil mist combination cup.
6. When adjusting the flow limiting valve, loosen the tightening nut before making manual adjustments. The handle screws, used for positioning the machine, should be firmly but gently tightened.
7. After each work session, turn off the power/gas source. Clean the wire mesh and store it safely, preventing damage from sitting, pressure, or hard objects piercing it.
