Working principle
Pneumatic automatic clamping device to fix the trousers leg and waist in the suitable position; Use hot air and steam automatically blowing and ironing, no ironing blind area, ensure ironing effiency.

Feature:
1. Inbuilt with steam furnace, short steam pipe, to keep steam temperature and dry, avoiding because the steam temperature reduction and great moisture in steam, reducing the ironing effect.
2. Utilize furnace temperature, to produce hot air blowing into the trousers for pre-heating effect, then spray steam for ironing, it not only save the
electric power required by heating process, but also avoid during spray steam, the steam meet cold air and forming moisture makes the trousers
be wet and easily to get moldy.
3. Automaticlly clamping system ironing trousers, save time and labor.

*Powerful hot air blowing function (blowing time can be adjustment), Automatic steam spraying function (Spraying steam time adjustment ).
*Front waistband fly fixing device, trousers waist side clamping device (width adjustable and moveable type, tension adjustment device), trousers legs pull-down clamping device (height adjustable and moveable type, with tension adjustment device ).
*All clamping parts are equipped with steam injection port, can achieve the effect of ironing.
